My father was an advanced amateur photographer while stationed at Frankfurt, Germany with the US Army in 1946-47 using a 35mm Leica camera. Following in his footsteps I purchased my first 35mm camera in 1963 while in the USAF (SAC) stationed in Madrid, Spain. In the years since I have purchased and used a number of 35mm SLR cameras as a semiprofessional and for my own enjoyment up until the start of the new century. It was not until 2010 that I once again took an interest in photography when I purchased my first digital SLR camera.
As a member of the Twin Cities Photographers Café and Studio (2500 University Ave, St. Paul, MN 55114) I have access to a studio for year round photography work.
I am interested in TFCD to help models build their own portfolio and mine. I shoot between 150–250 images and usually retouch 10–15. The model is provided with a CD or DVD of retouched and culled JPEG images from the photo shoot for their own use. My standard fee for non TFCD work is $75.00 per hour plus studio time.
